With my diet in place and results beginning to show I started to believe that I can really do this. Only I wanted it done faster.
Every morning before work I would go to the gym and do my cardio. After work I'd go back to the gym and lift weights. By splitting up my workouts I was able to achieve more time on my cardio and more sets/reps on my weight lifting.
The results were felt more like a fantasy than reality. On average I was losing 5 lbs a week this way. People say losing more than 2 pounds a week can be unhealthy. So was being over 300 lbs with all of my other health conditions.
Healthy or unhealthy my goal was to lose 39 pounds and get under 300 lbs. To me nothing was worse than having to wear a knee brace, wearing a mask pumping air through my nose while I slept, and taking numerous medications just to live.
